16.01.2022 THE BEST THING YOU COULD DO FOR YOURSELF IS TO PUT YOURSELF IN FUCKUPABLE SITUATIONS! Have you ever wondered how one becomes so wise? And you’re just hear like ‘please sir, may I have some more of your wisdom?’ -... I believe wisdom comes from nothing other than experience. You want to know something about literally anything? Then get the hell up put yourself in a position of knowing you will fuck. - Once you fuck up. You most likely won’t like the feeling of thinking ‘oh shit I darn fucked up’. - And if you genuinely cared about how you felt making this mistake and are anything like me and thinks about silly things over and over, you will never do it again. - Too many people in this day and age HATE taking risks. They hate being any inch outside of their comfort zones. But see the funny thing is people seem to forget how they found their comfort zone in the first place. - Let me ask you how did you get good at your job? Did you just know how everything worked from day dot? AHHHHHHH boomp boom. - No, you didn’t, you had to show up to work every day and be shown by someone how to use systems, machines and equipment properly. Once you started understanding though you became more independent. - And in this case, you didn’t have a choicebecause at the end of the week you wanted your pay cheque, right? - This same process is applied to everything in lifeas a baby you had to learn to walk, yeah? and no one paid you to continuously fall over and get back up again until you could do It independently not holding on. - By doing the same things over and over again you become COMFORTABLE. - You will NEVER know unless you just give it a red-hot crack. -Tayla xx See more

16.01.2022 QUICK TIPS FOR CREATING YOUR VERY OWN CUSTOM FAT LOSS DIET - 1. Calculate your calories - Use tdeecalculater.net to calc your maintenance calories for your activity level. Subtract 10-15% to create a calorie deficit - 2. Set your protein - Aim for between 1.6-2.2g of protein per kg or body weight.... - 3. Create healthy habits - eat plenty of nutrient dense foods to maximise your health. - 4. Include foods you love - incorporate some of your favourite foods regularly, in moderation. This decreases the chances of you feeling deprived or restricted. - 5. Be consistent - Consistently got your calorie deficit (you can track this in MyFitness Pal for accuracy) & BE PATIENT! - DON’T FORGET TO: - Exercise/ be regularly active -Remember you NEAT (move more through the day, take the stairs etc) -Manage stress levels with self care -7-8 hours sleep each night -focus on non-scale victories (photos, strength, fitness) -Drink at least 2-3L of water each day -Stay Positive!!! 11.01.2022 The unfortunate power of editing apps! . It honestly makes me sick to think how much money someone is making from apps that allow you to do this to your body & face. . It is waaaaayyyyy to easy to manipulate what you look like all for an instagram photo. But what does it achieve? Nothing. Because you are still the person in the original photo. You haven’t bettered yourself in any way. You haven’t changed or grown as a person. You are just lying to yourself & demoralising t...he f***k out of not only yourself but everyone that follows you. This is EXACTLY why you should never ever believe what you see on social media. A lot more people than you think are using these apps. This is the part a lot of #influencers ‘forget’ to tell you in all the photos they spend hours upon hours editing.....these 2 took me at least an hour and it is pretty bad editing. . No wonder there is an international increase with both females & males struggling with insecurities, confidence issues, body dis morphia & Mental disorders. . To be honest, no I am not very happy with the original photo but that is something that I am working on. I am in competition with myself to beat HER. For me. No one else. So before you go judging the ‘PT’ on appearance I’m well aware as to what I look like. But me is HAPPY. Happy working on me eryday. . Anyway, I could go on about this topic all day so I’ll leave it there. But I think you get the point. . Hmmmm, why do you think everyone is so caught up in the gram? 09.01.2022 So my very first time to the land of Thai . My experience was....Hot, humid, interesting, very funny, different, sweaty, eye opening, sore, dehydrating, exhausting....AMAZING!!! . I don’t exactly know how to describe how it was. I don’t really think it can be fully understood until it is experienced for yourself.... . I met some incredible people, ate some VERY interesting things...(notice my word choice of things, not food ) laughed uncontrollably, pushed through some challenging training sessions & took time to fully appreciate the opportunity to experience the trip. . GRATEFUL! . Thailand....I will definitely be returning. Thank You for having me ...until next time See more

09.01.2022 Body Confidence is a funny thing! A lot of people on social media preach about this topic. 9 times out go 10 you may consider these preachers as already perfect. You might think things like:... It’s easy for them to say.their body is already amazing Easier said than done A few weeks ago a member walked into the gym for class. I noticed straight away that she was flat. So I asked her..How are you today? She replied I’m having one of those days where I just hate the image I see. This led to a discussion between a few of us. At the end of the conversation I added I know how you feel, that was me last week. She looked at me with MASSIVE confusion and said AS IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO WHINGE ABOUT WITH A BODY LIKE YOURSI then looked at her with confusion. Moral of my story. It does not matter how perfect, amazing and flawless you might think somebody else looks. Literally EVERYONE will have things that they wish they could change about themselves. Sometimes I wish I could change the big ugly scar down my tummy that hides underneath my clothes. Sometimes I wish I had the confidence to not wear high wasted bikinis or a one piece in summer to cover myself up to avoid people looking and asking questions. But then I remind myself that it is apart of me for a reason and is one of my many quirks that makes me me. You are imperfectly perfect.

Yet, over the past ten years, the number of weight loss products, services, gyms, and personal trainers has increased by 800%. Why?... Is it because ketogenic diets don’t work? Is it because weight training and cardio doesn’t work? Is it because calorie deficits and restrictive diets don’t work. No. The cause of this epidemic is that we live in a society conditioned to believe that quick fixes work. We live in a society where people have long forgotten that achieving goals in life is driven on the backbone of grit, persistence, and hard work. Instead, our society has been conditioned to believe that there is ‘an easier way’. And, in a desperate attempt to find something easier, they will stop every time they encounter an inevitable plateau.
