23.01.2022 Two years since we hosted our first throws clinic. 2 years later and Sam, Salote, Amayah, Kalisi and Pauline are all members of our weekly training squad.

At this evenings presentation night Alex and Costa were awarded Club Champions, Sally U20 club champion, Alysha and Sam field performance award and Renee team managers award. Congratulations and thanks again to Sutherland.

Discus PBs- Savannah (unofficial Australian F20 u16 record), Molly, Salote, Julio, Calub... Shot Put PBs- Kaiah, Bella W, Jeremiah and Season's best for Tai and Louise.
13.01.2022 Happy birthday Nicole Harris. Nicole represented Australia in shot put at the Rio Paralympics and the 2013 and 2015 IPC world championships being a finalist each time. She has also represented Australia in basketball and skiing!
13.01.2022 Huge thanks to Aaron from NSWIS for coming out to training to gather some biomech data on Alex. First time experimenting with some new sensors to get more velocity data. Looking forward to more sessions over the summer season.
