17.01.2022 As I reflect on The Curious Cabinets first birthday, its wonderful to look back on where it all began! I first discovered Shrub syrups when I was pregnant. It was the festive season, and I was sick of drinking soda water, or lemon, lime, and bitters, and missing out on cocktails! I discovered the intriguing world of Shrub syrups through an article in @gourmettraveller magazine, and I decided to try making them. I was hooked. The combination of the sweetness of fruit and ...sugar, and the tartness of apple cider vinegar was irresistible. and still is!! A love affair began, and 4 years later, The Curious Cabinet entered the world. Now one year in, and celebrating our first birthday is such a buzz.
