20.01.2022 What is this gadget you may ask? My husband was given this as a corporate gift from a client. It’s a total game changer if you like soft boiled eggs and soldiers! I was forever getting shell in them and burning my fingers. My kids love eggs and soldiers and this has been the best thing I’ve never purchased! You put the big bell on top of the egg and pull the ball up and it snaps down on the egg creating a perfect cut. Every single time! 16.01.2022 Everyone is being put to work this morning as l meal prep for the week. Stock paste in the Thermomix, chicken bone broth in the slow cooker and I’m using up leftover roast veggies to make a frittata in my Copper Chef pan as it will finish in the oven. Don’t feel bad for the air fryer though, he will be out later to make home crumbed chicken tenders for the kids and I’m marinating tandoori marinaded turkey tenders the grill later! 09.01.2022 I made scrolls on Sunday! Sooo good as I haven’t made these in ages. I just use the basic bread recipe from the basic book but let rise for 2 hours, then do a second rise once they are scrolls on the tray. 05.01.2022 I had one of these delivered today! Amazing!! All sesonal producers from the scenic rim, delivered to you door. I just ordered a mystery box - smoked bacon, mince and rump steak, beautiful produce Inc lettuce, kale, broccoli, Dutch carrots, mushroom and limes. Inc also were some cookies, coffee from Mt Tambborine and ver juice. $120, plus a $25 crate bond as they will collect it on the next delivery + $10 delivery. 04.01.2022 My name is Renae and I occasionally don’t cook in my thermomix! But even when I don’t use it to cook, it does all my prep work. I threw in basil, zucchini, mushrooms, carrot, bacon, garlic and onion and blitzed! Then add to browned meat and let simmer away with the addition of some thermo made tomato sauce I made Wednesday night. I simmer until it’s thick then will use the saucy mince to make veggie lasagne (with eggplant and pumpkin) and of course béchamel made in the tmx. #thelmaskitchenthermo #lasagne #tm5 #homecookedisbest #usingupthecrisper
