24.01.2022 Cooking Pork USA Full Plate Ribs These ribs can be cooked in the oven, on the BBQ, in your Webber or cooked low and slow in your smoker it’s up to you. We recently cooked some in the oven really simple!... Pre-heat your oven to 150 degrees There is a thin membrane on the back of the rib, if you pull this off it make the ribs a bit more tender, you can leave this on if you like Put down two sheets of foil, put your ribs on top, mix up a marinate you can use whatever you like or you can use a rub add this to the ribs wrap up and place in th oven Cook in the oven for two hours When you take them out and unwrap them the marinate will have become a liquid, that's ok, add more marinate and then finish them off under the griller, this will make the marinate a little bit caramelised. If you’re used to eating ribs at a restaurant, you will find that most restaurants cook their ribs in a steamer oven and then marinate them and finish them off on the hot grill. 18.01.2022 Want to achieve that restaurant eating experience at home? Here’s how to cook your ribs. If you’re used to eating ribs at restaurants, you will find that most restaurants cook their ribs in a steamer oven and then marinate them and finish them off on the hot grill. There is a thin membrane on the back of the rib, some places peel this off, some don’t. It can make the whole eating experience that bit better.... Once the ribs are defrosted, cut them into pieces that will fit into a large pot. To the pot add water, cut up large onion, 3 teaspoons of garlic, 3 heaped tablespoons of brown sugar, about 75ml of soy sauce or until the water turns light brown, 3 or 4 bay leaves, half a bottle of Smokey BBQ Marinate Sauce (we use Masterfoods), make sure the ribs a submerged. Bring this sot the boil and simmer for about an hour, turn off and let the ribs rest for 10-15 minutes you must them remove them from the water. Put them into a container or bowl to cool for about 2-3 hours or overnight. You then need to marinate them, this can be done overnight, just go back every now and then a turn the ribs in the marinate. Turn on your griller or BBQ and cook, after a few minutes add a bit more marinate, turn and than enjoy!



17.01.2022 Restaurant Quality Beef Ribs at Home Step One: Once the ribs are defrosted, cut them into pieces that will fit into a large pot. You can peel of the membrane from the back of the ribs (this is a personal preference) Step Two: To the pot add water, cut up large onion, 3 teaspoons of garlic, 3 heaped tablespoons of brown sugar, about 75ml of soy sauce or until the water turns light brown, 3 or 4 bay leaves, half a bottle of Smokey BBQ Marinate Sauce (we use Master foods), a c...ouple of cut up chilli’s - make sure the ribs a submerged. Step Three: Bring this pot the boil and simmer for about an hour and 45 minutes, turn off and let the ribs rest for 15 minutes you must them remove them from the water. Put them into a container or bowl to cool for about 2-3 hours or overnight. tep Four: Put them in a bowl or container and add the marinate to them, they can be left overnight, just go back every now and then and turn the ribs in the marinate. Step Five: Turn on your griller or BBQ and cook, after a few minutes add a bit more marinate, put back on the BBQ or griller and let them heat through and then enjoy!

08.01.2022 Frequently asked questions. I am wanting to purchase a product that is not on your product list? Do you have other products? If there is a specific product that you would like delivered, please give us a call or send a message or email. We will tell you if we can get it in and give you a price. You can then decide if you want to add it to your order.... Where do you deliver to? Currently we deliver as far south as Coolangatta, all along the Gold Coast to Yatala in the north. We will be expanding our delivery area in the coming months. If you are outside this area, please let us know and we will see what we can arrange. How much do you charge to deliver to my door? Nothing, it’s all included in your order cost. How do I pay for my order? Direct deposit into our bank account or Cash on Delivery (you will need to have the correct money as our driver will not have any change). Credit card facilities are coming. When will I get my order? All orders need to be finalised by 5pm on Sunday. Deliveries are scheduled for Wednesdays and Thursdays of each week. After orders close each week, we will schedule our delivery routes and send you a message to advise you of your delivery day. If there are any problems or you will not be home, simply call or messages us. Does someone need to be home to accept my delivery? Yes! Your order will be delivered in our refrigerated truck and even though some products are frozen, some products are not. Due to not only health risks and the value of the meat order we will not leave it unattended if you are not at home.
