24.01.2022 Happy birthday Pete "The beat" Harries ...

21.01.2022 Hmmm .....it doesn't sound quite the same.

19.01.2022 Hey you Motors' Maniacs! Which was your favourite venue to catch us?

18.01.2022 Next up is a song Jamie wrote about fashion models - Tip Toe. The clip was shot at Singapore airport as we arrived after several hours of partying onboard the Air India flight from Perth. Had we known there would be a film crew waiting for us, perhaps we would have been a little more responsible? This clip also served as the opening track for our TV special with the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation.

15.01.2022 Nearly 1,000 people have seen last week's initial video from the TV special we recorded in Singapore - Thanks! Stay tuned ... there'll be another tomorrow ;)

14.01.2022 Where are the fans pictured here with Terry and stage/guitar tech Gary Grant. Do you girls follow this page? Where are the guys from Socks Boogie Band? Give us a shout!

13.01.2022 1982: The blockbuster movies were The Man from Snowy River, An Officer and a Gentleman and Steven Spielberg’s - E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. On TV we were watching Cheers, Hill Street Blues, Knight Rider, A Country Practice, Sons & Daughters and Kingswood Country. In 1982, Motors/Formula One shot a TV special for Singapore Broadcasting Corporation (SBC). A little context: The SBC probably had a production budget 10% that of our own ABC-TV and perhaps 1% of the BBC. Remember ...how we all thought the special effects in Dr Who were cheap and cheerful? Well, this was the early 80s so, if you had no budget, you had to be pretty creative with very little. Bet you Steven Spielberg never got to film anything at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore. In December 1982 Gary Keady and Motors/Formula One did! Ladies & Gentlemen we give you ‘The Winner’ Copyright: Motors/Formula One See more

07.01.2022 Bands might rock, but they can't roll without their crew. Here's the backsides of Neil (Guido) Collins (Stage) (RIP) & Dave Nissen (Lights); loading out of Billboard in the Melbourne CBD. Nick is keeping the lighting truss out of the way. Not in this shot, but certainly invaluable crew members on this East Coast tour were; Herman (FoH sound) & Jamie Hampton (Stage monitors)

05.01.2022 1983: Jamie brushing up on essential on-the-road reading; the Jim Morrison biography - No One Here Gets Out Alive.

03.01.2022 August 31 1982 - Motors headlined a fundraiser for Telethon with stablemates Gypsy @ the Perth Entertainment Centre. Were you there? Please share your memories or any shots you might still have.
