12.01.2022 It is with a very heavy heart that I have taken the decision to close my practice for the time being. This has been an incredibly difficult decision to make and although I strongly believe in the bodys ability to heal itself especially with the help of body therapies including chiro/osteo and healthy lifestyle choices, I think there is currently a social responsibility to ensure I am not a link in the carrier chain to the most at risk populations. Unfortunately financially... this will be extremely difficult as although I applaud the Governments measures to support the workforce the self-employed have been largely ignored and as I understand, will in no way adequately assist myself or my family at this difficult time. I have been practicing Chiropractic for 35 years and am still as passionate today about helping you as I was on my very first day in practice! I know this is a vital service to my patients and the wider community. So having to cancel your appointments and knowing I wont be able to help you at this time is also heartbreaking. My practice is based strongly on The Triad of Health looking at the Structural, Emotional and Chemical basis of disease. I have been considering for a while (as was suggested to me by a patient previously, thank you Suzette Poole), developing an online service using current video technology to communicate and and create specific solutions/exercises for you. Any suggestions would be welcome. In addition various testing services (hair, blood, stool and urine testing) can still be organised without having to come into the clinic if they are required. This is a work in progress as I look into how this could best serve my current patients and the wider community as a whole. If I could unashamedly ask for your likes and follows and shares that would be very much appreciated and from there I will update you with how I will try and keep 123TLC alive going forward. Thank you for reading this. Please can you support your local businesses especially those who are self employed as we have very uncertain and unpredictable times ahead. In the meantime rest, eat those nutritious foods, supplement as you need to, exercise and get some sun, socially isolate and wash your hands...and... see you on the other side!!!

Talking about increasing your immunity: Here are a couple of key things that can be done to help - Take high doses of vitamins to boost immune health - Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Omega 3s and Echinacea are basics that can boost and help balance the immune system.
