14.01.2022 Make wise decisions when taking on a big renovation. Make sure you book your trades in the right order. Having a plumber cutting and chopping concrete and walls AFTER youve got your new wooden floors laid, polished and have painters patching and painting isnt a wise move.

13.01.2022 Yet ANOTHER very satisfied customer. This one took a while as the owners were in no rush. In the process we ran new sewer mains and installed a stack to pick up the new waste pipes. Replaced the water mains and relocated fixtures. Adding a toilet to this old Beaconsfield bathroom was the perfect idea.

09.01.2022 People of Perth. A good percentage of the houses we build are brick houses here in WA. When thinking about a renovation, take this into consideration. I recently had a client who, in my opinion, was talked into buying a shower base and plastic surround that gets stuck onto the wall rather than tiling the wall and floors. The shower base is designed to be set up on a stud frame house before the plasterboard is put on the walls so the lip is in the wall and it doesnt leak. A...lso the plastic surround is designed to be installed on a flush, smooth wall, not a rough plastered wall! Yes, the shower base and plastic surround could have been installed, but the cost of them along with the amount of labor involved in installing it properly would be a hell of a lot more expensive than waterproofing and tiling the floor and wall. DONT let sales reps talk you into buying things for your renovation UNLESS you are 100% certain they can be installed on your renovation. If youre ever uncertain, call the person you have hired to do the job. If they are any good at their job, they should be able to give you the correct advice so the job gets done right the first time! 02.01.2022 Another bathroom reno finished. I really liked my clients choices and new layout. There used to be a wall with the toilet behind it where the shower is now and only a single basin vanity. The new layout really utilised the space in the bathroom perfectly.
