To reduce the risk of transmission between staff and customers, Council has not accepted cash at its various facilities since March 2020 and has seen an increase in online and phone payments. As we continue to manage the challenges of COVID-19, we’re keen to hear from our customers about these changes and whether the concept of a cash-free Council would have a significant impact on our customers. Let us know your thoughts by completing our survey at https://yourvoice.qprc.nsw.gov.au/transacting-with-council or grabbing a hard copy survey from one of our facilities.
