25.01.2022 Ok, we may be off to Pitch@Palace tomorrow, but that does not mean we should sit around today! First shots of the Beach Chair for kids (and yes there is an adult larger size too).

25.01.2022 Many thanks to those who come and saw us at Sourcekids today in Brisbane. On show we had the Youth/adult version with the electrically operated seat. It was very well received by many with the seat option being of interest to many specialists in the education sector, they now have an option where one Trike would be able to work with many children! We also have made a list of peoples suggestions and it sounds like high on the list for the young adult version is a power assist that is attendant controlled.

25.01.2022 Well, things are certainly moving fast, First, we have been selected for the Buckingham Palace run Pitch@Palace finals in Perth on 4th October after attending the Gold Coast Event a couple of months ago. Secondly, Queensland Education are allowing Trials to take place in a Special School. Thirdly, Queensland Health have requested us to work with a Gold Coast University and Hospital for an assessment and trials. And if all goes to plan next week or two there will be a photo and details of a new 'toy' many will like, just like the trike it will be made here.

22.01.2022 We will shortly be asking for young testers to a new product, 5 early production units will be available shortly at a greatly reduced rate. A quick tease below of part of it!

21.01.2022 The Therapytrike will be launched at Sourcekids in Brisbane on July 5 & 6 at the Brisbane Exhibition Centre, please feel free to come and see us. We believe that it is the most comprehensive and user friendly trike on the market anywhere and is available for children or adults. We may also have something else to show that we will release in a few months, something that will be ideal as the holiday weather starts that will make life far more fun and inclusive for all.. We also now confirm we have NDIS approval for most states.

Become aware of the 23 human rights protected by the legislation ...and learn about what the Act means for Queenslanders, especially people with disability. Learn what the Act means for your organisation, what your obligations are under it and how to make sure you are compliant. Learn how to be a human rights warrior use the Act in your work and life to ensure that people have freedom and are treated respect, equality and dignity." That last one is the most powerful statement and I can not say how important it is to empower us to fight for what we believe to be right. do not underestimate its power to help!

08.01.2022 We have just been advised by Queensland Education that we may start a trial in one of their special schools,and were asked to speak to schools to see who would be willing.... and we already have the go-head from one headmistress who has agreed for their school to be first!

04.01.2022 Therapy Trike started as a simple project, all I wanted was a bike for our daughter, not a difficult job you may say, but for those of us with children with disabilities the job becomes more complex due to special needs. Its aim was to be a fun way for her to have physiotherapy on her legs and strengthen back muscles. So the simple guide was, ... Difficult to fall over Duel steering & Brakes for the person in it and a carer Easy to Adjust sizing as the child grows pedals that can be enabled or disabled, allowing it to be used for leg physiotherapy or just for fun. to be easy to use in conjunction with a lift (the canopy pivots over allowing a lift to be easily used. to be able to be used with a positional harness to aid stabilization of the body. and then once this was established it was a case of designing and testing.

03.01.2022 We may have been quiet, but lots have been happening behind the scenes. The new version of the Therapytrike was shown at QODE in Brisbane over the last few days. Changes are very obvious (apart from the colour), with many being driven by comments made by an OT for an 'impossible wish', well it was not impossible and we have done it. We will reveal what we think is likely to be a 'game changer' shortly so keep looking. Another major change is that we now are gearing towards full manufacturing in Brisbane.

02.01.2022 just getting ready for Bond University on Friday for Pitch@Palace, Its a great honour to be put forward for this and I would like to than Logan Office of Economic Development and the many people who have helped and worked with us, to come up with such a wonderful product.

01.01.2022 Well, It has come as a shock, but after Sourcekids on the weekend we got an e-mail. We have been asked to take part in Pitch@palace at Bond university! updates shortly and some video of the Trike in use. It was interesting to see the reaction from the therapists to the fact that it will work for almost anyone of any age, and is not even dependent of the user being able to hold themselves upright or able to use their legs. Our Moto is : Therapy For All Abilities" and its something we take very seriously.
