05.01.2022 This week The Rebel Collective celebrated its 3rd birthday Pretty amazing feat considering, 1 in 3 new small businesses in Australia fail in their first year, 2 out of 4 by the end of the second year, and 3 out of 4 by the fifth year. I cannot express in words, not only the sheer joy I receive from the work I do. But from my ability to activate and excite those who come to me for coaching or for that REBEL power help with their PR + Marketing ... I am so grateful to all my past and present clients. You guys rock #rebelgang BUT... Holy Fuckballs it’s not been easy The long hours, deadlines, lack of self care + socialising, managing a team, my relationship and of course looking after the needs of my clients...it eventually took it’s toll on me. I struggled I made mistakes. But I never gave up. Thankfully those mistakes were mostly lessons learned, however, every situation taught me how to be better. stronger. smarter. TRC has allowed me to express myself creatively whilst helping others and has been paramount in my own personal health journey, giving me a sense of purpose, I otherwise didn’t have... Over the past 3 years I have had the opportunity to work with some absolutely amazing clients and brands, and have made many genuine, long lasting friendships along the way. When I launched in 2016, I was embarrassed that TRC was ONLY me. I had this stupid idea in my head that I needed to have a team to be deemed credible. So I gave the illusion of one until I had one. I later realised it never really mattered! You see, people were coming to TRC for ME. Not my team, not because I have a sick website and certainly not from my biz socials, They wanted my energy. My ideas. My skills. They wanted Me. It took my ego a while to process this but the acknowledgement and acceptance of that, has brought me to this next phase.
