15.01.2022 Please join us in congratulating the efforts of some of our amazing Bayswater Waves and The RISE members in completing the recent Busselton half ironman competition Made up of a 1.9km swim, 90km bike ride and 21km run, Matt Burton came first overall in the Open section with a time of 03:43:50.60, Brian Bennett topped the 70-74yrs division, Chris Brain and his wife competed in the teams section and Andrew Hosgood set a nice time in the 45-49yrs category Not only did Matt compe...te strongly on the day, he also cycled back to Perth the day after the event to help raise money for Telethon.
