02.01.2022 We are looking for an ambitious, talented Executive Head Chef to lead our close knit team at The Sebel Harbourside Kiama, our 4.5 star hotel on the NSW South Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible and in charge of 2 kitchens and successfully execute a smart bistro style menu as well as 4.5 star wedding and conference meals. To apply and be successful, you will need the following:... At least 2-3 years experience employed as head of kitchen or senior sous chef. Implement cost effective kitchen rosters, recipes and follow financial goals set by the General Manager. Full Trade qualifications required. Train and develop all staff to achieve excellence in meal presentation which represents a 4.5 star hotel impression. Must be keen to build a career in hotel industry and create a positive culture amongst the food and beverage department.
