11.01.2022 Prontofresco Pumpkin Cream.........easy and delicious! PIZZA WITH PUMPKIN - Prepare the pizza base and fill with Mantuan pumpkin cream, mozzarella, bacon. PUMPKIN RISOTTO - Toast the rice in a hot saucepan without oil and cook with Superbrodo Vegetale previously dissolved in boiling water. In a hot pan, sear an octopus tentacle and after a few minutes add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.... Cook the rice and turn off the heat, let it rest for two minutes, taste and if necessary add salt. Stir in the Mantuan Pumpkin Cream, garnish with the seared and cut octopus, a pinch of pepper and decorate with pea shoots.
