07.01.2022 Today was good. A PB of Push Press 1 x 4 @ 35kg. And lots of skipping, which is cruisy But shhhh don’t tell my coach that or she’ll start making me do Doubleu...nders (Why do I take a pic after most training sessions I hear nobody asking? It’s a fun habit I have from when I was bulking up a couple of years ago. I managed to put on 15kgs Now, seeing my body in photos helps me stay connected to it and helps me love it. It doesn’t matter how it looks. I welcome more muscle any day of the week but I’m also not training only for that reason.
