03.01.2022 Almost finished reading this brilliant book again. No matter how many times I read it I always find something to awaken and refresh me again to be better, do better and help make the world better.

03.01.2022 One of the keys for sustainable wellbeing is practising high level self care. By that I mean to remember that you are part of something bigger than yourself. The "bigger" needs you to be well and doing your best. It goes round in a circle - care for others, care for ones self. If it is hard to care for yourself start the circle by caring for someone or an animal or something like a plant that seems more in need and then turn it around and care for yourself and care for someone etc - keep the circle going. You are one of the stars in the sky and your spot needs to shine.
