20.01.2022 For the small amount of people who do know, please be quiet, please. This is our new place, everyone else, any ideas where we are. We have a bistro menu at the moment with burgers and steaks etc but only a pasta of the week at the moment. The trattoria experience will take us a little while longer to set up, so please be patient with us. In the meantime we will start asking amongst the email subscribers what little Italian, Greek French or even German food they might like to ...eat at a pop up. I'll set up a page for the bistro in the next day or two and do a reveal. 07.01.2022 Hey Folks, Just letting you all know Jas and I have decided to give notice on our hold of the Civic Hotel Bistro. We were not the right fit for the place and will start looking again. Hopefully it won't be as long. Thanks to everyone who came to our special event nights and thanks to everyone who came just to support us in the bistro. We have cancelled all remaining nights.... Some people have said after 3 months they didn't even know we were there.
