07.01.2022 Cunard update - Queen Elizabeth Australian sailings cancelled. Cunard President Simon Palethorpe has just announced significant changes to the lines future deployments, including the cancellation of all existing Queen Elizabeth sailings departing between 26 March and 13 December 2021. That includes all voyages around Australia, Japan and Alaska, all of which will be replaced with a program of shorter duration European holidays sailing ex Southampton and a series of Mediterra...nean voyages sailing from Barcelona. The current cruising pause will continue until 25 March 2021 for Queen Elizabeth, 18 April 2021 for Queen Mary 2and 16 May 2021 for Queen Victoria. Also, Queen Mary 2s voyages planned between 03 January and 03 April 2022 will be replaced with a classic World Voyage to Australia via the Suez Canal, which will be available to book from 08 September this year. Queen Elizabethwill return to Australia at the end of 2021 and Japan in Spring 2022, Palethorpe said. Information from Cruise Weekly. See more

06.01.2022 Chambord Castle France is one of the most recognisable chteaux in the world because of its very distinctive French Renaissance architecture which blends traditional French medieval forms with classical Renaissance structures. It was amazing to visit and I cannot wait to go back and explore in more depth ! This region of France has so many amazing places of history to explore, but this was a wow moment for me !

The hilltop Rione Monti district has hundreds of them. The 18th-century Trullo Sovrano is a 2-level trulli. Furniture and tools at the Museo del Territorio Casa Pezzolla re-create life in the trulli as it was centuries ago.
