24.01.2022 Macadamia Protein Balls (149 cals per serve) Ingredients 50g macadamias 20g desiccated coconut... 28g vanilla protein powder 130g medjool dates 2 tbsp water Method 1. Soak the dates in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water and transfer the dates to a food processor and add the remaining ingredients. Blitz until all of the ingredients are combined together. Transfer the mixture onto a plate. 2. Divide the mixture into 5 piles and roll each mixture into balls in the palm of the hands 3. Refrigerate the balls for half an hour.

22.01.2022 As we come into 2021 my biggest piece of advice, is this Whatever your goals are, your actions don't have to be extreme. Don't go on that to good to be true diet... Dont't do any fad detox's Don't exercise for hours on end Don't stress over ever single calorie you eat Do exercise at least 3 times a week, every week ALL YEAR (unless you have a good excuse, yes we are human and being sick and having sick kids ECT counts!) Do consistently eat good food including lots of green veggies, everyday!! Do drink lots of water everyday!! Do move your body in some way, everyday!! Do get at least 7 hours of sleep every night! Do keep laughing and smiling, and if you can't, come and see us all at bootcamp WELCOME 2021!! Let's have the best year ever

Sit ups only soley work the 6 pack muscles down the front and centre of your body (AKA the Rectus Abdominus) these are one of the most superficial of all the core muscles....involved in flexion of the truck only eg....they help you sit up and bend forward.....that's it!! 13.01.2022 Station of the day Dumbbell Chest Fly absolutely slayed today!! Great work ladies!! Target muscles - Chest - Shoulders... - Triceps How to?? 1. Lie flat on your back on a flat incline bench. Place your feet firmly on the floor on either side of the bench. Your head and back should remain firmly pressed into the bench throughout the exercise. 2. Lift arms up above the head so they’re extended but not locked out. There should be a slight bend at your elbow, and your palms and dumbbells should be facing each other. 3. Inhale and slowly lower dumbbells in an arc motion until they’re in line with the chest. Your arms will be extended to the sides but not locked out. Don’t drop your arms lower than your shoulders. 4. Exhale and slowly press the dumbbells up in the same arc motion. 5. Perform 1015 reps. Rest. Do 3 sets total

11.01.2022 Here is October's timetable November will see a new timetable with some new additions and some minor adjustments so stay tuned All classes are beginner friendly and low impact options are always offered.... The classes that are labelled EXPRESS are half hour HIIT Functional Fitness classes followed by a 20 minute Core focused class. You can chose to do one or the other OR BOTH but you will only be charged for one class. Get excited and come and try something new

11.01.2022 HIIT boxing for both kids and adults will be cancelled on Saturday the 3rd of October and Saturday the 24th of October, due to myself being enrolled in some coaching certifications those days. I have offered an extra boxing class on the Friday afternoon before to make up for those missed days. The booking system has been updated to reflect this change. Sorry for the inconvenience everyone but the good news is we will have some brand new additions/adjustments to the timetable as of November 1st.

07.01.2022 Words can't explain how happy I get when I see people smashing goals!! All of these guys inspire me to want to do better each and every single day. This beautiful lady is a mumma to twins, believe it or not and has worked so hard to get her core strength back, she is just smashing all her workouts, and her commitment to her training is what is getting her the progress we have all seen!! Sub30 Core is the most beneficial program I have ever come across. It focuses on working ...every single muscle of the core, not just those 6 pack muscles. The transverse Abdominus, obliques, rectus abdominus, back muscles, glute muscles just to name a few were all worked today Sub30 Core also has great benefits to strengthening the pelvic floor, as these muscles work in together with other muscles of the core.

Its a 20km trek and you are encouraged to do it with a 20kg weight vest, however it is optional. The donation or ticket entry is volunteered which mean you choose how much your going to pay. We would love to get together a team to do this together. Please contact either by PM or commenting. ... "Walking Off The War Within is held in memory of Nathan Shanahan, a returned solider and firefighter, and other fallen Service Men and Women who have taken their own lives after battling mental health issues. The Walk is for Emergency Service Personnel, Defence Force Personnel and members of the public to come together to share the burden and march as one. Nathan was a advocate for mental health and PTSD; sadly, Nathan lost his battle in December 2016. Nathan started Walking Off The War Within, he created the image of a soldier with a shadow on his back and the walks that happen around Australian now are a way that Nathan’s legacy continues. The walks replicates the walk Nathan completed in April 2015 from Mildura to Adelaide, when he walked over 400 kilometres with a 20+ kilogram pack to raise awareness and funds for PTSD and depression. This was his Walking Off The War Within".
