23.01.2022 Our Burgers start life as an 80g meatball, they are smashed (with force) onto a steaming hot griddle and the edges smeared outwards giving the beautiful, thin and crusty lacey edge you see in the picture, all while maintaining a juicy thick centre. Come down and try one for yourself at our South Freo Pop-up this weekend
