25.01.2022 I have been a long time fan of the critic and the coach adopted from The Imposter Syndrome by Harold Hillman. We each have both, and while they both love us, the inner critic can sometimes feel particularly harsh, and our inner coach can often be a little overprotective. We actually need both in moderation. In this article Natasha Serafimovska introduces us to Sancho (her inner critic) and Meredith (her inner coach/mentor) and describes how she applies a customer servic...e process of H.E.A.T. 24.01.2022 I have often felt a little frustrated with the irony of the common interaction You know the one; where we ask the question "how are you?" and are not really present for the answer. It may well be asked with good intentions.. but as time has progressed even as we answer, we simply say "yeahr great" or "busy" or something equally mundane, because we don't feel like the other person is truly asking because they're interested, but merely because they are being polite. ... I love this article by Daphne Fecheyr. It has 50 questions that you can start asking. Questions that can inspire an answer that genuinely interests you AND has the positive impact on the other person that you might hope for. Which is your favorite?
