11.01.2022 It took a lot of money to make Moderna’s vaccine a reality. And Dolly Parton really did donate a million dollars to help fund research. She is a wonder of a human. https://www.cnet.com//dolly-parton-helped-fund-moderna-co/

02.01.2022 A little late but still WAY too good not to share!

02.01.2022 One of the real icons of the 60's London rock scene, Marie McDonald McLaughlin Lawrie, is celebrating her birthday today. She is best known by her stage name "L...ulu", and is a Scottish singer, actress, and television personality who has been successful in the entertainment business from the 1960s through to the present day. She is internationally identified, especially by North American audiences, with the song "To Sir With Love" from the film of the same name and with the title song to the James Bond film The Man with the Golden Gun. In European countries she is also widely known for her Eurovision Song Contest winning entry "Boom Bang-a-Bang" and in the UK for her first hit "Shout". We have had the pleasure to work with her in the past and she is one of the nicest people we have ever met. Any of you guys ever have a crush on her? Happy Birthday Lulu!!!

02.01.2022 History can be changed or made in an instant. On Oct. 31, 1963, American TV host Ed Sullivan was at London's Heathrow Airport, waiting for his flight home. He s...aw something that got his interest. The Beatles where returning from a tour of Sweden at the time he was at the airport. There were about 50,000 screaming fans waiting for them. "Who are those guys?" he asked a bystander, who told him they were "England's foremost singing group." Having never heard them, Sullivan nevertheless immediately contacts manager Brian Epstein to book the band for three appearances on his CBS show early in 1964. It makes us wonder if things would have worked out the same if Ed wasn't there that day. 57 years ago today, Ed Sullivan found out about The Beatles. (We are not sure if the attached picture is from this date, but it give a good reference for the post. And yes, we know The Beatles had had some other US press coverage prior to this, but this was a game changer)
