08.01.2022 We are currently experiencing the worst drought in Aussie history. As most of my closer followers know, I grew up in the country. I know firsthand how difficult this lack of rain has been for farmers across Australia. It’s hard to grasp just how deeply farmers have been affected by the drought, but hopefully this video will help show how severe these changes have been. This footage shows the same location, 3 years apart. On average, this area receives about 680mls of rain ea...ch year. When this was shot, only about 100mls had fallen. Regardless of your dietary or lifestyle choices, everyone NEEDS Aussie farmers. I once heard someone say everyone has a doctor and a dentist, they should also have a farmer. Each time you put on clothes or have a meal, it's thanks to them. Farmers dedicate their lives to doing what’s best for their animals and the land, in good times and in bad. Let’s change the conversation for Aussie farmers to one of support and not criticism. If you want to help contribute to the conversation, share this video to remind people what is actually happening outside of our little bubbles. It’s important to understand, and it’s important to care.
