25.01.2022 UniStrut and merbau timber beam commercial lighting feature. UHC also did the fitout framing of front windows, toilets and kitchen with stud and track on 4 different levels.

23.01.2022 Another happy customer has had a rustic pergola made from premium grade Spotted Gum rough sawn hardwood timber. Project consists of 7* exposed cathedral ceilings with skylights, high end exposed timber works, rope suspended bench seat, colourbond roof, roll top ridge capping and high top quad guttering. No expense was spared with this amazing project. Client was not certain of exactly what they wanted but after some possible concept designs and careful planning they received a masterpiece far beyond expectations. Everything from the engineered footings to the roofing iron was all designed, installed and constructed by UHC Pty Ltd.

16.01.2022 Heritage listed manor that needed some well overdue TLC. Demolition and replacement of all the surrounding patio deck with Tallow hardwood decking, hand nailed for heritage effect.

15.01.2022 Retaining wall slab encroached on sewerage mains. UHC was contracted to fix this issue for builder and construct a light weight timber retaining wall.

14.01.2022 Pine deck boardwalk with pergola and balustrades to make an amazing outdoor entertaining area.

13.01.2022 Replaced asbestos eave lining, new fascia and gutters, new valleys, new Trimdeck restored roof with flashings, reinforced roof load and removed a wall to create open space living area, all done by UHC.

13.01.2022 Amazing Merbau hardwood outdoor entertaining area with privacy walls, staircase, storage area and access door. The backside of main privacy wall was blue boarded and rendered by client.

12.01.2022 Outdoor BBQ and entertaining area. Area consists of storage shed, BBQ cupboard, toilet, cedar ceiling lining throughout and composite deck. Framing, blueboard, fitout, cedar lining, colourbond roof and decking all completed by UHC Pty Ltd.

10.01.2022 Minor extension on granny flat. Relocated sliding door to enlarge living area and installed new wall to make extra bedroom. All completed by UHC.

10.01.2022 Replaced floor with Blackbutt hardwood flooring. Termite damaged wall replaced with new timber and gyprock.
