24.01.2022 Weve been cooking with #Alpaca! Its been part of the #Peruvians national diet since the Inca times. Speaking to the local farmers here, theyre rather good fo...r the eco system because of their soft padded feet and gentle grazing. High in protein, low in saturated fats and cholesterol, the alpaca is beautiful especially when slow cooked so weve been cooking it in a #kerala style curry all weekend and people really like it! Its halfway between lamb and beef or pork and beef or lamb and goat... weve heard it all! See more
