19.01.2022 Isolation is a great chance to learn new skills and my latest is an attempt to propagate lavender and rosemary. With 60 lavender cuttings and 24 rosemary cuttings now in pots, hopefully there will be some success. The cottages might not quite get to the standard of the beautiful Bridestowe Lavender Farm, but we'll see how we go.

19.01.2022 Our afternoon tea treats are always popular and this week our guests will enjoy fruit cake. I always love the smell in the kitchen when making it.

15.01.2022 With the new travel restrictions into Tasmania about to take effect tonight, do you need somewhere to self-isolate? We have individual cottages for your exclusive use that will provide the isolation you need. We can arrange grocery deliveries (depending on availability!) and we have a range of books, games and dvd's for entertainment. Give us a call to discuss details.

10.01.2022 Only one week until the 2020 Rotary Club Car Show on the Westbury Village Green - Sunday 25th October, starting from 10am. Why not make a weekend of it and book a night or two at the cottages. We're only a block away from the Village Green. Check out the YouTube video by Danny Smith from last year to see what the event is all about.

09.01.2022 It was a gorgeous Tassie Spring day yesterday and the bees were busy in the garden. They didn't seem to mind me following them around in search of the perfect photo!
