17.01.2022 Magnolia grandiflora 'Little Gem' A lovely tree with beautiful white saucer shaped flowers from an early age. The seed pods are furry scaled capsules with bright red seed that falls in autumn. The leaves are a glossy deep green with a furry brown underside. A nice compact tree with dense foliage and a solid performer in the landscape. Trees are in 30cm pots and are around 1 meter tall. Great as a single feature tree, in clusters or as a hedge this is a versatile and hardy pla...nt that has proven itself in polluted atmospheres. As this variety does not flower it is perfect with all pastel colour schemes.
