06.01.2022 Lunch idea, overstuffed vietmanese spring rolls. Not traditional, but very yummy. Great lunch ideas. We used premium spring roll wrappers from Mrs Trans Kitchen and Sriracha Mayonnaise for flavouring. Silicon matting (several sizes available) is great to make sure your wrapper doesnt stick to your bench. I even wrap my spring rolls in it to take them to work.
