21.01.2022 Wow- the digging from sun up to sun down at Murrumbateman to get footings in time (before the local council shuts down early this year) is insane. Some of the team members have never seen the depth and lengths the boys go to just to get footings in place. Awesome work team and thanks to everyone who’s pitched in.

14.01.2022 Chapman the ultimate of custom. No other is doing to this degree that’s a guarantee. Boss ladies three level deck is coming along a treat, however today’s new talent by the team is the custom front doors. Currently working on the hand made rust look. no two homes will ever be the same.

There have been some really hard months with things outside our power causing delays and we worry everyday and night- this is happening to many builders Then we get this.. it just about brings you to tears and gives you reason to keep calling and keep fighting for quicker outcomes for our clients. we just want to build and they just want to move in. A huge shout out to EPL who have been so hands on (or should we say gloves on) with these high end items. 01.01.2022 That time of year where councils surprise you with early shut downs !! We want to make a huge shout out to our trusted mates at Renu Homes, Justin the machine and our team giving up their time on a Saturday to help prep for retaining and footings. It’s not your average footings job. Very time consuming, very in-depth. Not for everyone builder, but our team never fails on safety and never cuts corners for cheaper outcomes. Thank guys means the world to Wood and Co.

01.01.2022 All hands on deck as the fit off process is well under way at Chapman. EPL Electrical are gloves on and fitting everything off to perfection. Custom joinery doors going in today- these are is hiding a Gorgeous custom designed powered room.

01.01.2022 6000 screws, yes you read right!! By the time all the decks are complete the team will have pre-drilled 6000 holes and then screwed in 6 thousand screws. Chapman decks where you’re really getting screwed These master decks with the view of the City are being made out of Australian mixed Forrest reds- stunning Natural timber. Our favourite.
