11.01.2022 Let's talk recovery It is so important to look after your body after training. Here are a few simple tips to help you, 1. Stretch, stretch and stretch! Its easy but we often forget or don't do it enough after exercising. ... 2. Take magnesium, find a good one from a health food shop if possible. 3. Have a bath. Obviously not possible for everyone but if you can it really helps. Add some Radox, magnesium salts and you will feel the difference. 4. Stay hydrated 5. Taking protein can help recovery 6.
