Dish 1 - Try this fragrant, delicate slowly braised beef cheek, with star anise, cinnamon, ginger and garlic, topped with broccoli, bok choy and honey glazed carrots on a bed of fluffy rice. Dish 2 - Next, devour our fresh homemade herb fettuccine, with ricotta, zucchini and peas, garnished with shaved parmesan and a gremolata sauce.... Dish 3 - Finish with this mouth watering smoked kaiserfleisch (it’s like the new pork belly) with sauerkraut, roasted potato fritts, horseradish cream, dill and caraway - there’ll be nothing left on this plate! Dish 1 - Take a bite out of this deliciously tender chicken breast wrapped in filo stuffed with spinach, creamy camembert and kale, infused with garlic, thyme, and topped with an orange, fennel and almond salad. Dish 2 - Spring is in the air with this crisp, crunchy and nutritious three bean salad featuring green beans, white beans, red kidney beans, juicy corn & cucumber, flavoured with a red onion punch on a bed of roasted sweet potato topped... with herb lubna and crispy tortillas. Dish 3 - Then finally, you’ll eat up our slow roasted pork belly, with seasonal greens, poached apples, quick pickled slaw, just like you’d get at the local gastro pub.
