25.01.2022 Hi everyone With the current restrictions we understand the need for everyone to #StayAtHome. We also know it is essential to keep active for both your physical and mental well-being during this challenging time. 30 mins a day of exercise will help boost immunity, relieve stress, strengthen muscles/joints and keep the mind sharp! So to ensure that you all still have access to regular training, we are taking Yau Hawk Tao Martial Arts online during the lockdown! As long as you ...have an internet connection, you can receive training plans & videos on your phone, laptop, or tablet no matter where you are. It is only $10 per week, and every session is different incorporating a mix of upper body, lower body, technique and cardio. Sessions are specifically designed around Yau Hawk Tao Martial Arts basics, patterns, and key techniques, and we will send you a new exercise session with a short instructional video relating to the session twice a week to keep you active and your skills sharp while stuck at home.
