25.01.2022 We are currently recycling 16,000 units of HDPE milk bottle per hour and processing them into clean flakes here at YCA RECYCLING, then the clean material will be sent to Australia local manufacturer to make more new product out of it. Good Job, Adelaidian, keep it up

25.01.2022 Don't forget our bush fire back in December 2019 in Cudlee Creek and clean up is still happening everyday. today we have received 60.5 km worth of irrigation pipe to recycle here at YCA recycling. Thank you for the hard work to everyone and we will keep supporting the fire affected Adelaide Hill communities, Adelaide Hill fire recovery group and government bodies to clean up and recycle every single kg of plastic, say no to landfill and good job South Aussie.

23.01.2022 Liquid paper board is claimed recyclable but it has limited solutions to be recycled. Plastic bottles are 100% recyclable and have a much stronger market.

22.01.2022 From March 1, 2021, single-use plastic straws, cutlery and stirrers will be prohibited from the sale, supply, or distribution in South Australia. Let us know if you are looking dispose of the excess stocks, we can recycle them for you at our Wingfield facility.

04.01.2022 do you know where to dispose the cups made out of PLA? Generally, there are 3 types of plastic cups: PET, PP, PLA. PLA is the only one that is biodegradable and compostable. They are not made to be recycled via the traditional plastic recycling method.
