24.01.2022 Throwback Tuesday - Five years ago I left my long term job at South Bank TAFE to start my own business. That business was Yummi Fruit Ice-Creamery. Today, were back at the TAFE where the business idea first started, serving the students our Yummi ice-creams and shakes. Taking a stroll down Memory Lane, its been great to reminisce about the many fun memories of my former working life, and the incredible journey that has led to where this business is now...
