25.01.2022 Well, didn't quite hit the target I had in my head, but that being said, I'm still pretty chuffed at how this turned out.... Smoked Cauliflower and garlic soup,... drizzled with garlic oil and a paprika, parmesan n parsley crumb. Served with a bone marrow "bruschetta". Mostly done in the 700e-Xl. Love how easy and versatile this thing is!

13.01.2022 Hi all, wanted to say hi and also thanks to this community because you lot (along with a chat with Mick) tipped me in favour of a Z Grills over some competitors.... Got the grill on NYE and did some pork ribs on New Year’s Day but tonight did a beer can chicken with home made rub along with roast garlic potatoes. The fam reckon it was the best chicken we’ve ever had and the potatoes were superb. Looking forward to getting into this and getting as good as you lot are. While I’m here, can anyone steer in the direction of a good chicken wings recipe? My 17 yo son wants to have a crack at the grill tomorrow with some mates!

13.01.2022 Beef ribs and pork belly burnt ends to kick off the new year. Hardcore carnivore rub on the ribs and smoked at 120c for 7.5 hrs until probed really soft. Hot h...og pork rub on the pork belly burnt ends smoked for 3 hrs then added Brown sugar, honey, and butter thrown in a tray and covered for another hour before taking off and resting. As my daughter said to me " why do you always cook the good food dad?" if only she knew the zeddy does it for him. Happy new year everyone!!!! See more

09.01.2022 Lamb ribs tonight on the z grill. Half in Jackalope Trading Co the rub and the other half in Meat Church BBQ holy gospel. Glazed with Barbecue Mafia Smoked ...Meat Co. Mobster sauce. Also smoked some Jalapeño and cheddar kranskys and San Choy Bow sausages. Delicious. Honestly if you haven’t done lamb ribs before, give them a go. One of the easiest cuts to cook for incredible results. Melt in your mouth fatty lamby deliciousness. See more

01.01.2022 Thank you all for all your help. This is the story from start to plate. Smoked for 2 hours then up to 135c for 4 hours and they were 90c then wrapped until ...they hit 97c. From there straight into 2 towels for an hour and the videos will show the results!!!! So impressed with my work and with the help of the Z Grills community here in Australia See more
