18.01.2022 Thankyou to all of our clients for your continual support and understanding of the Covid social distancing rules we’ve had to implement in the salon. We’ve had lots of Covid haircuts in; really long and overdue and a few home cuts to rectify Because most have been staying away for some children this big gap between appointments can cause them to regress if they’d started to tolerate haircuts prior to Covid. This is normal, I recommend that you keep bringing them in regul...arly to get them used to it again, it won’t take long. Also sticking with the same hairdresser helps them build trust and continuity like they get going to daycare etc. I also want to say we get a lot of parents commenting on how patient we are with the little ones that don’t enjoy the experience of a haircut... all the staff love their job and enjoy being able to give your children a positive experience in the salon. And yes some haircuts are harder than others...while we are highly experienced please note that it’s not always easy for us with children that move a lot, while we are being calm on the outside on the inside we are very mindful how sharp our scissors are and being very cautious of not cutting your little one. So while we are cutting we ask please don’t call your child’s name to get their attention for a photo, please save that for the end... please also note if we are not talkative we are in the zone of trying to get the haircut done as efficiently as possible and trying not to nick your child (or our fingers! ). So at the end of the visit we only wish for smiles all around, beautiful haircuts and happy little kids Thankyou again for all your support. From our Ziggetty Family to yours
