14.01.2022 A really beautiful soul; my friend Kathleen reminded me of a post she applied to a group page I belong to but for some reason didn’t see until now. For sometime I have been feeling so exhausted but unable to get a good nights sleep; my eating pattern has changed significantly and pretty much if it’s not nailed down - I’ll eat it! My body has been craving unhealthy food & although I can feel some weight gain, I still can’t stop eating all the things I know I shouldn’t; my emot...ions have been cray cray and although I’m an emotional person in any case, the intensity has been unbearable at times and on top of all of that the ringing in my ears is out of control! Having read her post made me realise I’m not going mad, it’s not hormonal (as I assumed), I am certainly not imagining it and I just need to be kind to myself and stop giving myself such a hard time. These energy shifts are real and may also be affecting you too. I truly hope sharing this post helps give you some peace of mind

03.01.2022 We all pretty much know this already... there has been enough information posted on this subject for many years now.... sometimes its great to have a visual rem...inder. Many years ago,back in the internet dark ages, before social media, I received and email from a friend in the US. It was an article about a scientist, (don't remember all his credentials back then, but it was impressive), who wanted to basically know if a Light and Dark thoughts were measurable in energetic terms and which was more powerful. Thats the simple version, for there was a bit more to this. After 17 years of laboratory research and experimenting and going out into the field and studying with different indigenous tribes and their medicine/shamanic peoples, he came to the conclusion that one light thought was 70,000 times more powerful than 1 dark thought. The average human spends so much time each day reacting and relating from fear based emotions. Regardless of what they tell themselves and others. But the good news is, when you spend time each day doing the good authentic spiritual stuff.... not the ego,unauthentic false light stuff.... you can change the negative energy around that..... Think about that for a moment...... one love based thought can energetically offset 70,000 plus negative hate/anger/fear/jealousy/ego etc etc thoughts....... WOW <3
