11.01.2022 Over the last few months life has got in the way of my training, as well as injuries, finances and health issues! So I have been beating myself up about the state of my body and getting really upset with myself. The other day I was in front of the mirror and said out loud to myself (while my 13 year old daughter was in the room) "geeze my butt is getting so saggy and my tummy is poking out". My daughter than said "mum, how do u think that makes me feel when I'm bigger than y...ou? Do u think that about me?" Well didn't I feel like the worst failure of a mother!!!! But it also got me thinking, why do we say these things to ourselves when we would NEVER say them to someone else? Why are we so harsh and judgemental on ourselves? So here is a thought for all of you who beat yourselves up like I do: next time you say something hurtful to yourself think of saying it to your daughter, mother, best friend. Would you say it to them? Then why say such hurtful things to yourself? We are all doing the best we can when we can. Love you all and love yourselves.
10.01.2022 Lately I haven't been able to train as often as I would like. I also lack the brain motivation to think up complex training programs for myself. So I started a challenge last night that I made up. It is called the: 100 x 5 CHALLENGE! You pick 5 exercises and do 100 of each for 30 days.... I am doing: - push ups - crunches - leg lifts - right leg lunge - left leg lunge Feel free to jump on board with this challenge and comment the 5 exercises you have chosen. I'm not going to lie, I'm a tad sore this morning from doing it last night!!! Good luck everyone

Don't forget that I'm doing group PT classes again from my new address in Mooloolaba. 7pm Mondays and Wednesdays I am only taking 5 clients in a class and we will be doing boxing, free weights and machine weights.... Classes are $15 or if you attend both the Monday and Wednesday class in the same week it is $25 for the 2 classes. Let me know if you would like to book in asap to avoid missing out :)

05.01.2022 Is anyone interested in small group fitness classes (max 5 people) at 7pm on Mondays and Wednesdays? $15 per session, 45min sessions. It would be a mix of boxing and circuit training with weights and machines. I could also do Tuesdays if there is enough interest!
03.01.2022 Hi Everyone. Due to an increase in demand for PT sessions I am no longer running the group fitness classes. I am happy to do group PT sessions with up to 3 people if you would like to book in with a couple of friends. ... My prices are as follows: - 30mins = $30 ($25 if you do 2 or more sessions a week) - 45mins = $40 ($35 if you do 2 or more sessions a week) - Add $10 per session per extra person.
