During these photos we have built food and strength up, dieted down and built food up once more.... Now we will be pushing a crazy growth phase so when we diet once more it will be a next level transformation.

We shall continue to push until we need to create a deficit and then push a fat loss phase.

Special thanks to @reneegarner_ifbbpro for posing help and finding a bikini in short notice... Now to actually do an improvement season

08.01.2022 Some insane progress by nutrition client @houishou Dropping from 71.8mm to 49.7mm over seven sites whilst increasing food intake and more importantly his carb intake for performance and cause they make the world go round. With some great goals planned in the upcoming months it is going to be crazy watching his progress get even better then this.... Keep it up brother!!
