11.01.2022 Just a reminder: TRUST YOUR INTUITION. Trust your gut feeling. When something feels like a 'Yes', it is a 'Yes'. When something feels like a 'No', it is a 'No'. When something feels like a 'Maybe', it is a 'No'. Easy concept, right? Yet, not always easy to follow. How many times did something not work out and you then said to yourself "I knew it before"? I had a feeling that I ignored. ... We run our business by intuition. If it’s not two ‘hell yes’s!!’ deep in our gut - It’s a no. It takes courage to trust intuition. Intuition is not logical, it is mind driven. Intuition is something to practice every single day. We try to think of it as a muscle to be strengthened and built up over time. We need to get our kids to tune into their own intuition too. The fastest way to harm this connection to intuition is criticism. Choose to be around people who make me feel something positive, something joyous even something that challenges us - but not people who deplete us. Who criticise us. This blocks our connection to our own intuition. Trust your intuition. And encourage your kids to trust theirs. Ask them ‘What feels right in your body here?’ Choose your words carefully.
