25.01.2022 I’ve done other fitness challenges before 12RND, and I was excited to go into a challenge that had a healthier approach to food and training. I was fortunate to have really knowledgeable coaches in my club that supported me along the way, which you don’t get in many places outside of 12RND. I had absolutely faith in my coaches. Naomi

21.01.2022 I’ve done the Training Camp before, but I haven’t really gotten into them unlike the ones before. I did the Nutrition and trained very hard. I’ve been trying to maintain my weight all year, but I felt like I hadn’t really achieved that, so I was determined to get back to where I was, if not better. So I decided to go as hard as possible. 11.01.2022 I love that there’s phases set up and a structure to the Training Camp. We were doing different exercises each week and I really noticed a difference.I followed the nutrition to a tee and I know that helped. I was actually eating less prior to the nutrition plan that was included in the Training Camp. It blew my mind that I lost weight by eating less, and also it didn’t feel like a diet at all.And having the app was awesome it was like my bible. It was just so convenient having everything all in the one place Jeremy

02.01.2022 I’m a tradie so I always eat on the run, and it’s not always the best food, so the nutrition was a big change. I work different hours, so I would train morning or afternoon depending on work. The no start times helped with that, I always made sure I got there most days Nathan

01.01.2022 Another cool week ahead for Sydney. Is there anything better than a good soup on a cold evening after a great sweat session at 12RND Alexandria? Find us a better combo. Try our ultimate Chicken Noodle Soup this week. Or try a bowl from one of these great restaurants around Sydney: http://ow.ly/9USx50AcsYW RECIPE: CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP (serves 4)... Ingredients: 1 tsp sesame oil 1 leek, halved, thinly sliced 3 celery stalks, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 1/2 Tbs miso paste 400g chicken breast fillets 180g packet buckwheat/soba noodles 1 cup frozen peas 200g snow peas, halved 1 bunch bok choy, trimmed, cut into 3cm lengths 3 green shallots, thinly sliced 1 red chilly, thinly sliced Method: Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Sauté leek and celery for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for a further minute while stirring. Add miso paste and 5 cups of water and bring to the boil. Add the chicken, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Using tongs, transfer chicken to a plate and set aside to cool slightly. Shred the chicken using two forks. Meanwhile, cook noodles as per packet instructions. Return chicken to soup with the peas and snow peas. Simmer for 23 minutes. Add the bok choy, and simmer until wilted and heated through. To serve, divide the noodles between four serving bowls. Ladle over hot soup and garnish with shallots and chilli. #eatrealfood #12rndfitnessalexandria
