12.01.2022 COVID SAFE UPDATE: Masks not required to be worn when doing your 12RND workout. Hi 12RND'ers, We are very happy to share that overnight the Queensland Government has confirmed people of greater Brisbane do not need to wear a mask indoors when doing strenuousexercise such as interval training. This means that from today youwill notneed to wear your mask during your 12RND workout as our training is strenuous and includes interval training.... This detail has been confirmed with the QLD Health Department via the phone with our 12RND Head Office this morning and can be found on the QLD Government linkhttps://www.qld.gov.au//public/restrictions-impacted-areas. We still ask that you wear your mask to the club and inside the club before and after the workout from today until 1am on the 22nd of January, Our team looks forward to continuing to provide you with a safe and effective space to train. 11.01.2022 This week we enter our STRENGTH Phase - where the reps drop and the weight increases. Throughout your workout, challenge yourself to lift heavier than usual. It's important that you constantly challenge your body to push further, in order to avoid plateauing and continue seeing results. However, make sure you utilise the correct form and technique to avoid risk of injury.... Remember, we're here to help! Need a different set of weights than what's on your round, let us know! This is measured by a 3 minute round of Push Up Into Clean and Press, using the correct form and technique your challenge is to complete as many reps as possible within the 3:00 time.
