03.01.2022 REMINDER Our 09//Training Camp is starting on the 1st of February. Make sure to download the "12RND Training Camp App" on Apple App Store or Google Play to take part in it. To be able to measure your progress, we have organised for a third party expert to come on site to do body scans. One before the camp and one at the end of the camp (6 weeks later).... The 2 scans (Pre-scan and post-scan) are offered by My Body Composition at a reduced fee for our members at $80. You don't need to pay anything until the day of the scan after the staff on site will take you through everything and explain what you get out of the scan. HOW TO BOOK YOUR BODY SCAN: Our partner, My Body Composition, will be on site to do the pre-scan at the beginning of the camp on: - Monday 1st of February from 5.30am to 8am, 5pm to 7pm - Tuesday the 2nd of February from 5.30am to 8am All scans need to be done before training.
