25.01.2022 Double congratulations to this awesome couple for achieving their 100 visit milestone! James and Kiara joined us 5 months ago and have been smashing their goals ever since. They started with our 28 day results pack, trained consistently and stuck to the nutrition plan - and they have had amazing results! James is down 12kg and Kiara has lost 5kg. They are fitter, stronger and healthier and we are super proud of how far they have come. They always train together and have motivated, supported and cheered each other on every step of the way. Kiara is always at the top of our MEPs leaderboard and her competitive spirit fires up during our Training Camps. 03.01.2022 We often get asked how fit or experienced you need to be to do 12RND, and the answer is: you can start anytime no matter where you are in your journey! Our workouts change daily, but we incorporate the same fundamental boxing + strength exercises into our programming regularly to condition your body to improve over time and become more efficient at those movements. Push-ups are one exercise that are excellent for developing greater strength in your chest and its normal for s...omeone new to 12RND to start by doing them on their knees, and over time as you strengthen those muscles youll be amazed at what you can do.
