19.01.2022 Congratulations to Central Yorke School Maitland on their successful showing of their steers at both the Kadina show & the Royal Adelaide Show. Steph Linke won a 3 rd in her handling of our steer Billy on Friday and he gained a second today in the heavy steer class on hoof judged today, led by Shayla McKay The school also received a champion prize with Billy at the Kadina Show a couple of weeks ago. Congratulations to the schools Ag teacher : Janelle to both Shayla & Step...h on all your efforts with the steers ... to the students, and the school for their efforts in showing and preparing Billy for judging .. 17.01.2022 Well that’s our Field Day for this year .. Thankyou to everyone that came & supported our day . Great to see some new buyers and faces, and Brett was very happy with the Bulls sold.. we hope that our customers will be happy with their new purchases & they perform well in their new herd. Thankyou to YP Ag - Corey Wildash for his donation in the guess the weight of one of our Bulls .. A student from Central Yorke School who is involved in their Ag program was the closest .. they will be notified shortly ..Well Done Thankyou again to everyone who support our day see you next year

12.01.2022 Harvest is completed for us here at Broomfield after a very interesting season, with Mother Nature surely giving us some challenging weather.... now our focus will be towards our up & coming Field Day. 09.01.2022 Great day out at the Royal Adelaide Show ... Congratulations to Kadina Memorial High School, Central Yorke School & Balaklava High School on their efforts in showing our cattle. 3rd place to Kadina in the 486-497kg heavy domestic class 4th place to Central Yorke school in the 532-552kg export class &... a great result for Balaklava High School, no ribbon but still placed well in the same class. A thankyou to teachers, students & parents on their presentation and commitment to the showing of our cattle. Well Done See more
