12.01.2022 For quite some time Cocoa and Coffee have been buying raw Coffee beans from Village Coffee which do great works for the community of Wau in Papua New Guinea. Their job is to encourage a better and fairer price for their Coffee growers. However recently Terence has been informed by Pana (the coffee roaster of Village Coffee on the left) that not only does PNG want to grow coffee but they also would like to roast it, so that there may be more job growth for people in PNG. The g...reat news is that Cocoa and Coffee are now selling Village coffee roasted coffee beans at the Cocoa and Coffee premises. In order to improve on the coffee that both C&C and VC sell on the Premises both of the roasters Pana and Terence have shared their roasting techniques to bring out the best of the PNG coffee beans.
