20.01.2022 Were all in this together! An article discussing differences in people and how they cope in todays isolating time. https://theconversation.com/personalities-that-thrive-in-is ... My thoughts...take care everyone. Be the rainbow! Introvert or extrovert? Being in isolation can be difficult for many, however as individuals we cope with it in different ways and from different points of view. Being an introvert I dont mind being on my own, however these are trying times and having the choice whether to be alone or visit my favourite people and places like family (grandchildren) and beach removed it can be tough! This is a time when we really have to dig deep to find the reserves to carry on indefinitely. Heres some simple ideas to motivate you. 1. Simple exercise, whether its a walk around the block or backyard has a great affect on the body. 2. Listening to your favourite music, or read your favourite story. 3. Engage in a tea party with the children, set the table use cups and saucers add flowers in a vase or better still a tea party outdoors. 4. Play dress ups with the children. 5. Draw a colourful rainbow in chalk on the driveway for everyone to see. 6. Make a simple costume for your childs favourite soft toy and place it in a window to brighten everyones day. 7. Bake cookies with your child and let them lead. 8. Simple crafts; Pinterest is a great source for ideas. 9. Set up a Post office at home. Get the children to create their own stamps and envelopes then write a letter to someone special. 10. Mail your letter in the mail box the kids have made out of a cardboard box.

20.01.2022 This is something worth remembering.
