21.01.2022 Time for a page update.... been a busy 5 weeks since my last post and heres one of the reasons why ... over 120hrs spent scrubbing, repairing,patching, replacing, painting , plastering, straightening, gap filling, sealing , door hanging and did I mention scrubbing lol... still a funny old wonky house but a vast improvement from what it was. Here are some before and after pics

21.01.2022 Amongst the heat and the dust another child is born

18.01.2022 Good old 70s brick and mission brown, repaired and sealed all window puttys, replaced roof gable timbers , reappointed some bricks and then re-painted all timber trims , doors ,carport roof frames , gates and fence , down pipes and guttering etc... The house looks amazing and while the house and color are stuck in the 70s it all just works !

18.01.2022 I havent posted anything for a while now but heres a job I had done recently.. 4x5mtrs of pavers makes the veranda a more usable space..

17.01.2022 Check your water tank leaf strainers at least once a year lol ...not sure for how long this was neglected but the grass roots grew all the way up to the roof gutter haha

16.01.2022 The Latest project: full veranda enclosed and screened to keep the bugs out and the dog in. Also replaced the original glass front door and added a full automatic pet door and some stain to finish it off

09.01.2022 Another little job for a customer a few weeks back... this lovely little cottage house had a section of hall that was at some stage framed into a large pantry and so some of the old Timber remained and a fair bit of trim was either missing or damaged... work done : Removed all the old damage timber and trim, Replaced missing skirting, trimmed and fitted new timber coving around the ceiling and wall corners, fitted a door to the kids bedroom addition and finished it all off with some no more gaps ..

03.01.2022 Bathroom re-birth...note to the diy experts out there. :1 do not use MDF in the bathroom. :2 floor tile adhesive is not suitable for a shower wall. :3 a shower curtain is sometimes not adequate. Anyway this rental is signed and sealed!
