We have clubs that are self isolating because that’s what we have been asked to do, and then we have other clubs isolating themselves from the rest of us. There is a difference folks We are all Lions, and we should all be supporting each other. Especially in times like this For some of our members, the Lions family is all they have, and they rely on the social interaction, the meetings, the BBQs. That’s now gone. As a member of a club, have you checked in on someone? Have you contacted a fellow member to see if they are ok? Pick up the phone Send a card in the mail Send an email Send some flowers Connect on Facebook FaceTime a friend For some people, the isolation can be debilitating. For some it could a welcome relief. There are others who don’t deal well mentally with this sudden change in their structured world. Some may be feeling isolated, alone, and afraid. While others are doing fine and filling their days. Regardless, check in on your fellow Lions. You never know what someone is going through. Please #District201V2 #ItsOkToNotBeOk #AreUOK? Congratulations to all volunteers who attended and assisted this mammoth activity.
