25.01.2022 Every now and then in your racing career, you get to stand on the top of the podium and take the 1st place trophy, but you don't claim the win. This is where we found ourselves last year at the Sarasota Powerboat Grand Prix when our fellow competitors Miss Geico and Victory both had rollovers on the last lap. Thankfully all the crews were safe, which is always the priority. Both boats are now repaired and we look forward to getting back over to the USA in 2021 and racing against the best in the world. 24.01.2022 We're devastated by what we're seeing and experiencing every day down here in Australia.... our country is on fire. Some statistics as of today: 25 people have lost their lives; An estimated 1/2 billion animals have died;... 21 million acres of land has been burnt, which is the equivalent of the size of Austria or the UAE. The Amazon fires burnt an estimated 2.2 million acres; 2,500 buildings lost; Flames reportedly have been as high as 70m; In New South Wales alone, we still have 100 fires burning. 222 Offshore Australia has donated to the bushfire crisis as have many global sporting teams, athletes, corporations big and small, celebrities and millions and millions of individuals. Donating even $1 will help our country continue to fight the fires, rebuild, rehabilitate the thousands of animals currently being cared for by wildlife organisations and also create new breeding programs to repopulate our country with the now near wiped out Koala species. We're calling on the worldwide boating / marine community to please help our country and donate to one of the following entities: Australian Red Cross - https://www.redcross.org.au//disaster-relief-and-recovery- WIRES - https://www.wires.org.au/donate/emergency-fund NSW Rural Fire Service - https://www.rfs.nsw.gov.au/volun/support-your-local-brigade Our team and our country thanks you for your support by sharing this post far and wide.

23.01.2022 We’re excited to share that P1 Offshore have secured the rights to the Class One World Championships for the next 10 years. The future of our sport is certainly in good hands. 07.01.2022 Bring on 2021...!! Not only has P1 Offshore secured the rights from the UIM for the Class 1 World Championship, but the full 2021 calendar has now been released. We look forward to flying the Aussie flag & getting back over to the US to race amongst the best in the world.

07.01.2022 We're gearing up for a big weekend... we wish it was a weekend on the water, but it's the next best thing...!! We'll be tuning into 7mate on Saturday to relive our first race in the US - Thunder on Cocoa Beach Offshore Race. We had issues keeping the engines cool that weekend - there was a lot of creative work done by the brains of the operation (aka Muddy, Gaz & Mark!!) in order to get us across the finish line. Tune in on Saturday to catch all the action.

02.01.2022 Media Alert Overnight we received notification from the US Governing Body, the APBA, that round 1 in Cocoa Beach has been postponed. The new date has been schedule for August 27 - 30. A contingency race date has been slated for August 14 - 16 in the event that another race in the calendar needs to be postponed. From the 222 Crew , please stay safe, isolate and we hope to be back racing soon.
